Claire qualified as a Medical Herbalist from Heartwood Education in 2025. Her practice brings
together a deep respect for traditional plant medicine and a modern, evidence-based approach to
holistic health. Her journey in natural medicine began in 2004 with two years of Naturopathic
study in Sydney, Australia, where she developed a strong foundation in the principles of natural
healing and the interconnectedness of body, mind, and environment.
Claire has a particular interest in supporting female health, as well as the wellbeing of children
and teenagers, helping to nurture balance and resilience through all stages of life. Her practice is
guided by compassion, curiosity, and a belief in empowering individuals to take an active role in
their own health and wellbeing.
